Minimum Requirements


To be considered for a position, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

  • 25 years of age or older
  • Grade 12 (Matric Certificate)
  • Registered Caregiver Qualification with a recognised Caregiver Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy nature
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Physically fit and able to assist clients with daily living activities
  • Clean criminal record
  • Valid South African ID or legal work permit

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous but not required)

While not essential, the following will strengthen your application:

  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Training
  • Previous experience in home care, elderly care, or disability support
  • Valid driver’s licence and/or reliable transport
